Best checking app I have ever used. More thorough for problems such as stolen cards than other banks. If you need something that isn't regular, go to the main branch. However, it is super nice to have the small on site branch inside HyVee grocery for extended hours. Plus they're open on Saturday. Extended bankers hours.

They charge you fees and don’t tell you your account if overdrawn they say wit Veridian. You won’t be able to overdraw your account but then charge you a 32.00 dollar fee of an over draw of 0.80 cents

Great service in person, as soon as you try to contact them over the phone you get no answer. I’ve called multiple different branches trying to talk to someone, yet no one answers. Terrible customer service!!!
