      The associate that assisted my friend and could not have been any better! He was friendly, pleasant to work with and he was extremely knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend this Veridian Credit Union.

      I have had a few issues with them with over drafting. I had a transaction pending since the amount requested was not set in stone until the rental of a uhaul would be finalized after I return the truck. Because of this I was careful on my gas transactions and what I needed. Well they decided to pull out the gas along with another transaction even though the available balance was still in the positive. They said well b/c your Uhaul transaction was taken out first but it was still in a pending status therefore it hasnt been taken out yet. this caused two over draft transactions. later Uhaul took out the funds and imagine that it was LESS than what was pending which would have never put me in the negative if they wouldnt have jumped the gun. They have been crooks when it comes to over drafting. They say its REAL TIME but it really isnt if there is a pending status. Again this is not the first time i have had this issue with them. Thankfully they reversed it only because I called to complain. But if you are the type who doesnt complain then they would take advantage of you real fast. I feel like this is an issue that should be a part of a lawsuit Kind of like the one US Bank was pulling with their customer.
