  Pauline was an absolute pleasure to work with. When I first got in touch with her I knew I wasn’t in any position to buy a home but also had no idea how to get into a position to do it. She literally talked to me for months to get me where I needed to be. She was always willing to answer any questions I had, she went above and beyond in helping me and I just bought my very first home a week ago! I will refer anyone that I can to get because I feel like I made a new friend in Pauline and I want everyone I know to have a similar experience when buying their homes! Thank you again Pauline, it really does mean the world to my family to finally be moving into our own home!

  Pauline is the best branch manager I have ever seen, she is super smart and knows this business. The first day I met Pauline she told me..I can do it.. never once did she deviate or put someone else’s situation above mine. I am a first time home buyer and with that you will have questions, on a few occasions I reached out to Pauline by email in the middle of the night and to my surprise she called me right after to answer my questions. Pauline never kept us guessing through the process she kept in touch with us from start to finish. I stated my loan process 6/1/2021 and I was given my final approval roughly 7/12021.I was set to close on 7/15/2021 and by 7/5/2021 Pauline had my loan done/complete.. We was waiting on the title company that’s how far ahead we was. Pauline deserves a raise.. definitely recognized for a job well done. Everything she said would happen through the process was spot on..these are facts. Thank you Pauline for making my dream come true being a home owner.
