  About a month ago, I received an opportunity to apply for a special program. I have received several of these letters and tossed them as junk mail. When I received this one, upon opening, and reading, the offer stayed with me. I thought about it for a couple of days before making a phone call. I'm glad I made that call. The process was very smooth thanks to the team that handled my loan, especially, Austin. Whenever I had a question he was always available to answer my concerns. He's definitely very knowledgeable in this loan business. Thank you so much for being able to provide me with a fresh start!

  Initially I was quite hesitant to proceed with refinancing however after careful review of options I decided that it was in my best interest doing so. Then came the fear of dealing with a new finance team and not knowing what to expect especially the level of customer service and care. To my pleasant surprise the team at Veritas was amazingly helpful, patient and understanding. It started with Mr. Andrew Khalife who was very helpful in that he was familiar with the process but more importantly he understood my position and always was available to assist. Then I would like to mention the valuable support I received from Ms. Makayla Sexton when proceeding towards closing. All in all there were a number of individuals whom I had no direct contact with but they were all involved in ensuring that my process with Veritas was an overall success. I thank you all for your valuable time and support and will not hesitate recommending your company to family, friends and colleagues.
