My husband and I have a loan on our camper with this bank. Not by choice but bought the loan. Needless to say it has been a nightmare since they took over. Can't pay by phone because we don't have a regular checking account or online. Sent in a change of address and still no statement from them. My husband was bounced around with 6 people that would take the information and no one ever called back. Just a simple issue and they can't handle it.

Very rude customer service, ATM is NEVER working. Older woman in the far back left of lobby argued with me for 10 minutes, saying that even if the ATM was working they still would not honor my ATM card. Will never do business with them
