Helpful/friendly staff when problems come up, I have been hacked once and the fraud department took care of it immediately. Been with them for 5 years and hardly ever had any problems!

Impossible to contact the Auburn branch. Not even your call center employees can contact them! I flew in from Arizona to Washington to see someone in person. Call center says I may have to wait until Monday to hear from anyone. I don't want to go into the branch without an appointment as it is another 1 to 2 hours of driving! I have already spent an entire day getting to Washington to resolve this.

Hi Sharon, thank you for sharing your recent experience. We do have an online appointment option on our website at veritycu.com/locations-and-hours that you can make with the Auburn branch. They have several open times from now through the weekend. They also accept walk ins as well and no longer require an appointment to be made.
