      Awesome bank with great service and products. I've been banking here since I moved to town and I've been fully satisfied with the experience. I like keeping my money local and the VFCU allows me to do that. đź‘Ť

      Terrible place for banking purposes. Staff was untruthful at best. Update— Just saw the question. I will elaborate, just over five years ago your Credit Union allowed a member of my family, who I was the Financial Power of Attorney for, to open an account. When I requested the information on said account your staff advised me that you were unable to provide the information, even though I provided you the Financial Power of Attorney document. My family member has since passed away, however I was never given any information on the account. No employee from your company would even admit their was an account. To me that is being untruthful, but people can make their own decisions.
