      Never knew you can do DMV stuff here. Didn't want to have to wait in long DMV lines, so came here to title and register new out of state vehicle purchase. Got everything done here and young lady that helped me was very nice.

      Only 2 people allowed inside. They make everyone else stand out in the cold and wait. And they only have one teller so it takes FOREVER to get done. I waited over 20 minutes outside.

Our lobby can safely allow for more than two customers at a time while still allowing for the recommended six feet for social distancing. We have informed store staff to monitor for customers waiting outside, and to insure they are notified that they can safely enter the lobby. As for the lengthy wait time, I sincerely apologize for this situation. While our average wait time is typically less than five minutes, the pandemic has occasionally left us with a staffing shortage. I realize this is not your concern and does not make the extended wait time you experienced any better, however I felt it important to explain.
