  So glad we went with Vero Mortgage for the purchase of our new construction home! We were first-time homeowners, which can be super exciting but also very overwhelming; I tend to completely shut down when it comes to big stuff like this. However, were so happy Vero Mortgage made the process incredibly straight forward and easy. The entire process was done through a mobile app, e-mail, a few phone calls, and one trip to the title company to sign closing docs, which was super convenient for us since the both of us have crazy work schedules. They also made the approval process very easy and didn't ream me with a million odd questions about my self-employment or judge me for my small line of credit like a different mortgage company did last year, who later denied us the loan. Luckily, our experience with Vero Mortgage was the complete opposite. They were understanding, and if there were any concerns that came up, they gave us the chance to explain instead of passing judgment or jumping to conclusions. Also, Loan Officer Assistant Kasi Brasil was amazing, super sweet, very responsible, great at explaining things and answering questions, and even e-mailed back during non-office hours. What truly sets Vero Mortgage apart from other mortgage companies is their ability to understand that people like us work long hours & need a convenient way to submit paperwork and their willingness to help first-time homebuyers get a mortgage without getting overwhelmed. They break the process down so easily. If we ever need to refinance or get another mortgage in the future, we know where to go!

  I don’t recommend this company to work with. I had such of bad experience trying to get a loan for a house, and the loan officer just keep me waiting for months after five months of waiting on a respond vero mortgage and there team were never honest. The loan officer keep lying to me telling excuses to wait the everything was going well. I got tired of waiting change to another bank to take over my process of buying our house. Immediately my other loan officer Patti Barnett close my loan in a month when vero mortgage couldn’t do it. The bad part is that they should told me from the beginning what was going on with my process of buying the house I waste months with this people who are not professional at all. Save your time and think it twice before trusting vero mortgage.
