      Some of the reps were super polite and really helpful. They gave me a loan (19.7%) for a car. Thanks! But..... I paid the car off with a trade in deal with a car dealer , I call and check, all good, loan paid etc. Thank yous are exchanged blah blah. Today..... the charge me another car payment for a car I already paid off!!!! Over $400! Sorry its gonna be 45 days before we can get you money back!!!!!!! 45 BUSINESS DAYS!!?!?!?!?!? WHAT???????? Horrible. Have to file claim with my bank to get my own money. INSANE

      Horrible company, unprofessional, rude, careless, things you can’t even think of receiving through a customer service line. Save yourself the hassle an stressful situation. Go somewhere else you’ve been warned. They seriously need a -5 star rating.
