      I have been a member with Verve Credit union for almost two years now. This is my very first bank account, I’m a couple of years out if Highschool, and they have treated me with nothing but respect. They are incredibly kind and helpful. They make me feel like I matter

      Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone from this bank. The LOAN officers do not pick up the phone or call you back. I cant imagine what it would be like if I went out of town to buy a car, had ?s/problems. I guess they want us to drive back to town, knock on their door cuz they dont pick up or return calls and drive back to the dealership. Yep... thats real convenient. Had to work w 2 loan officers to get pre approved for an auto loan. This was my 1st time doing this and they made it a very bad experience for me. I'm here to tell you, don't waste your time and go to a different bank.
