I’ve been to this location on several occasions with doing business for myself or just waiting for someone else and the Unprofessionalism is consistent. This place has some of the most unprofessional customer service ever. ( especially the senior lady) where are the name tags? The women here has absolutely no people skills, they intentionally take their time when handling customers. When asking them any questions it’s like you’re bothering them and their responses are very short and nonchalant..(unbelievable) The gentleman that works there is the only sigh of relief you get when trying to accomplish business without chaos and go on with your day. Who else would have a magnet for employing this many people with identical personalities and terrible attitudes. At this point I’m thinking this is a all family/friend business and nothing will change considering how long this has been going on. The women here are just way to comfortable with their behavior. I’ve read quite a few of the reviews and the majority of them are very poor. This place has been around for a lot of years and it’s taking for granted. Please improve this, this location has a lot of potential.
