  The reason I chose Veteran’s First as our mortgage lender was because of Sean Coscarart. From the very beginning, I appreciated how he was patient and took the time to explain things about the home buying process and the loan numbers that I did not understand. He knew I was shopping around for the best rates and let me know that when the time came for us to pick a lender, he was willing to fight for our business – and he did. He came back with the best rates and numbers out of all of them and he was able to get us from loan application to closing in just three short weeks. Phenomenal job. Kudos to him and the team behind him for all their hard work and diligence in getting it done so quickly. If you are looking for a mortgage lender, I highly recommend Veteran’s First and Mr. Coscarart, specifically. He is even-keeled and steady under pressure, professional yet friendly and approachable, and has excellent customer service. And most important of all, I did not feel like a faceless number whenever I spoke to him. Thank you again for all your help and hard work, Sean. I am so glad we went with you.
