  Very poor communication… don’t call back when they say they will.. u can leave a 100 voicemails a day and it takes months for them to get back to you. When documents are needed and it’s your first time buying a home they literally only tell you the name of the documents and will not explain nothing to you at all. Asked multiple times where to get the docs and they responded with just the name like I already knew what they was and where to get them!! Will never refer anybody else here and if I would have known this I would have just went through my bank instead
