      I hate leaving a bad review as I've never done this before but I have never felt so disrespected in any professional setting my entire life. Today after looking through great reviews, i was excited to call Vicki Slayer insurance to recieve a quote for auto/home insurance. After taking down my info, I was informed I would recieve a call back in about 30 minutes by Curt. (So far everything is great) Unfortunately i received a call back from another associate. Throughout the phone call, he persisted on up selling the "umbrella policy" after I informed him it wasnt necessary. He did this by attempting to guilt trip me in saying that because "you're young if you don't do this, and you get in a crash then you won't ever be able to afford kids or a home " in an extremely demeaning manner. I finally said "sir will you please just give me the quote I requested" (which was 100/300/100 plus col/comp) and he said something along the lines of "I'm just doing my job, you wouldn't talk back to a doctor like this...if you can't listen to me then we're just not a good fit ". I responded with an okay, that's alright and hung up. throughout the duration of the phone call he kept cutting in and out which was confusing for a professional setting and there were frequent long pauses where I wasn't sure what was occuring on his end. Immediately following hanging up , i called the office back and Curt answered, he (like the receptionist) seemed kind when I informed of my experience. Overall, I had a really lasting negative experience here where I was disrespected, demeaned, ignored, and confused for 95% of the time. However Curt and the receptionist were kind hence I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

      Rueben, I apologize for this experience. I was out of the office and I investigated to see that you were sent to a remote worker. This experience is not a normal experience for my office. If given the opportunity I would like to make this a positive experience. Again my apologies.
