  Seems like a fraud. Only asking for money and there is no effort to close a deal. Our client paid the application money of 500 dollars after that they want nearly 30 times this amount to be deposited in an escrow. Read another review which states that their office is not found. There seems to be no interest in customer service but only in collecting money. Interaction was with a person called Gerald and another person called Visconti was supposed to come in a call but they gave us a mid-night time.

  Thank you for your recent reply Mr. Vadakepat, After a full review of your clients file it appears there was a usual $500.00 application fee charged and a commitment with rates, terms and added fees issued due to your clients non conforming commercial request. Several calls were made between you, the client and Gerard concerning the details of the commitment and process. Your client was made aware of the conditions and costs in proceeding forward. We understand your client decided not to move forward with our process which is why Gerard took the time to inform and review all aspects of this non conforming process before your client was to proceed. Also, the clients legal representative was to be on the call but did not attend. We are sorry you feel this way but that is no reason to slander our company. We hold all information and documents sent on your client private. We do not share this private information or post about a clients business requests. Also, Anyone coming to our offices will clearly read our corp signs displayed. As a U.S. Corporation holding 5 licenses after 25 years, we are legitimate and have a track record.   VII Capital Funds raised the capital for our client as contracted. It took 3 extra months due to the added due diligence we were not prepared for. Our client was required to extend their Purchase Agreement at an additional cost. The Feasibility, Inspection and PPM fees the client paid were credited to them at closing, a BIG PLUS I am happy to express!! Our Commission was secured through an agreement with VII capital Funds. We will utilize their services again when the client needs arise. Thank you!
