      I have been with Village Bank for many years and have always received excellent customer service from Ted and everyone else there. I highly recommend this bank!

      My wife had a small business and banked here. During COVID19, her business went south and her account went negative because of automatic withdrawals from untility companies and other expenses. In only 3 weeks, Village Bank charged her $520 in fees. The overdraft amount was only $310, and they charged her almost double it in fees. We taled to a banker, his boss, and two other senior leaders, but no one helped. We thought we would support our local bank, but they "ate us alive" as soon as they got the chance. Think twice before you do your business here.
