  Applied for a mortgage at this bank and was given nothing but the run around. They have wasted over a month of my time. They provided me varying quotes and kept changing the numbers. They refuse to answer my emails or calls now. I feel like they discriminated against me because my loan was not profitable enough for them. They are rude and unprofessional and should of just been honest and upfront with me instead of wasting my time.

  My husband and I had the great pleasure of working with Ingrid Sell when purchasing our first home. She generously worked with us for several years giving great advice and helping us prepare so that we were able to start the home buying process. She was so helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. She spent a lot of time with us making sure we understood everything and made the process as pain free as possible. Everyone we encountered at Village Bank Mortgage was so helpful and welcoming. We highly recommend Ingrid to anyone needing assistance with home loans. She was great to work with.
