      Hiram Naylor was our loan officer. I called Village Capital to inquire about cash back refinance and within a couple of minutes and asking some questions I agreed to proceed. Throughout the process Hiram was always available and made the process smooth. I knew I could call or email him anytime and he would respond immediately. I am very happy with his service and even sent him a small present to show my appreciation.

      Horrible experience trying to sale our home. You have to email someone and it takes forever before they give you the payoff. We emailed them May 27th and here it is June 8th and we can’t close because of them. How hard is it to provide a number!!!!!

      This is long overdue. Thank you so much to Dawn and her staff @ Village Capital in Henderson. Dawn was able to help us refinance (streamline)our home with Village Capital. We tried with 2 other finance companies and they made us jump through rings of fire do an appraisal, transfer paper work back and forth. Only to let us know we didn't qualify for the refinance loan. So fustratung!! Loan Depot we started with them in July 2021 and 4 months go by and they Rep I was working with kept reasurring me "your almost done" He lied. Got a letter in the mail from Village Capital spoke with Dawn and she said call Loan Depot and cancel them.Three weeks in December Dawn and and her staff had all the paper work ready to sign❣️Forever grateful for your help❣️
