A minimalist bank. They offer no payday loans, small loans or mortgages. Overdrawing $4.99+ results in an immediate $20 fee. Phone support will actually hang up on you. I've never walked into any VCNB to be treated like a human. Visited this one a number of times, usually just to pull out cash. I'm always treated like an urchin that just crawled in off the streets, regardless of my dress. I just sense a deep distain for humanity that seems to permiate the VCNB brand as a whole —a contempt that you can really feel right off the rip. Bank at your own risk—but if you're in Lancaster, OH, you have better options.
