When we paid off our car loan, they sent us someone else's title and lost ours. If this bank can't keep track of a simple title pay off, I wouldn't trust them for anything. They also send a ton of junk mail.

I contacted VCUnion last year to take advantage of the incredibly low mortgage rates. They denied me refinance even though the new rates would have only been $60 more than I was already paying (wanted to go to a 15 year). They denied me AFTER charging me $450 to have an inspector come out. This really ticked me off, and goes to show that these people are NOT willing to work with those of us who own small (yet successful) businesses
