      Love this Credit Union! Best in Richmond! This is just the operations center and is not a functioning branch.

      Trying to pay on your car loan is a nightmare and customer service is atrocious. I am attempting to pay extra on a car loan and to do an ACH transfer took over three weeks. Then I tried to pay convenience pay, which you can't do on their website it goes to a third party, but you can only pay $200 over your min pay so you would have to $5+ every transaction you want to pay over the $200 extra limit. Which seems almost preditory. It seems to me they are attempting to make you get a banking account with them to make it easier to pay.... With the issues I have so far I would never sign up with them. Alos I called the customer service number and the representative who answered said that customer service opens in ten mins and unless I am locked of the app she couldn't help me, so she did not allow me to tell her my issue and just disconnected the call. There are prob more issues I forgot to bring up but this should suffice for now.
