I have been banking for so many years with the Virginia Educators Credit Union!! I love coming here for my banking, what seems for many many years, and, I would never want to change otherwise!! The personnel are just as friendly, they know the business and I just tell them what I want and they listen, get right to it!! I always look forward to the lovely smiles I am greeted with from my favorite gal, Marilyn. She is is very friendly snd always aims to please!!! Keep up the great work. Marilyn?!?

Been Banking with this Business for years. Yes, at times you can't get anyone on the phone but they will eventually call you back. YES, their operating hours and unable to come inside is a pain ( Thanks to the government) not VECU fault. I can say they have wonderful souls that work there, especially Mrs. Marilyn and Mrs. Meredith, they are the Best. These two individuals are Professional, Personal, and will get the job done. If they are running the show, I know the other employees are great as well because they are learning from the best. Honestly, the only reason I stayed with this Credit Union is because the two of them. They have help me grow over the years in finance management, where I'm able to own my home and other assets. If it wasn't for them, my finances would still be a mess. Thanks VECU for hiring and keeping two amazing people. Let the old school teach the new school so your company can continue to flourish. As life goes, Yes, it is always room for improvement VECU.
