      A week after closing VA Home Title and Settlement has asked for two different set of documents to be signed. This has held up the disbursement of funds. Sloppy

      Terrible customer service. Called me 3 days before a closing asking who our side was using as closing. This is after my side had attempted on numerous occasions to contact them. When I asked how they would not know who our side was just 3 days before closing she got upset and hung up the phone. I attempted to call back 6 times and they would not answer my call and just hung up on it. The person who I talked to was Linda Painter. Terrible service and communications.
