Took in the diamond ring with appraisal it appraised at $2000 in 1995. The lady behind the counter never asked for my appraisal. Far as I know she never tested the ring or diamonds. They offered just over a 100. I knew going in I wouldn't get much. %5 way too low. Her customer service skills were nonexistent. Won't go back.

Was very impressed with the quality of of their store, staff, and their business practices. It was the first time that I had been in the store and it was very secure. I traded in some silver and prior to going in, I decided that I needed a specific amount of money, based on what I had and the spot price for silver that day. When they totaled up the coins and bullion, they were within pennies. I normally use a broker from NYC I've known for decades, but now I'm going to Visalia Jewelry & Loan.
