  I am sitting in the parking lot now going in to close my accounts. I have difficulty getting anyone to answer the phones. Their response to returning calls is not prompt if they bother to return them at all.

  This credit union is more likely for an older crowd. Apple Pay comes in really handy, but unfortunately VFFCU does not offer apply pay or tap. Another downside is I often have issues with my debit card & it’s always at night when I’m out. I’ve been at this credit union since I was 17 years old, I’m going 27 & an absolutely NOTHING has Change in these years. So if you are part of the nightlife & often use Apple Pay/Tap, I would definitely suggest Coastal Federal Credit Union. I absolutely love them.

  Hi University! I am so sorry that our debit card program does not offer Apple Pay. In today's world, everything is about convenience and having comparable services that larger financial institutions have. I do want to let you know, however, that in December of this year we are switching our debit card processor, which will allow for more modern day technology. Once we switch, VFFCU is targeted for the first or second quarter of 2023 to allow Google, Apple, and Samsung pay. Your membership means everything to us, and we would love for you to give us a second chance!
