      My experience with the Visions Horseheads, NY branch has been incredible! ALL of the staff members go above and beyond to make each visit pleasant. From day one Hannah has been truly professional and fantastic to work with. Last week, I had the opportunity to work with Rumaldo, the assistant manager. He’s truly professional, charismatic and sincere. I recommend Visions, especially this branch for all of your banking needs!

      I have never had worst service at a credit union as with Visions. I was scammed by someone claiming to be an employer and the Horseheads branch treated me like I was the scammer and spoke to me afterward like I was a child. I am a civil service employee federally cleared to work in school districts with accounting degrees. I have been spoken down to when I go in the branch and I think it’s because I am a person of color. This bank never gave me nor sent me my account numbers and there are no manners when I am being taken care of at this bank. My whole family does business with this credit union and they are not pleased with the service either. I will take my business elsewhere.
