      I went to the kiosk today and was assisted by a woman. I told her I wanted to make a credit card payment, mentioned some hardship and asked for an amount I should pay so it wouldn't affect my credit. She called the back & apparently a manager or supervisor said an amount so I paid it. And sure enough there was a flag on my credit report! The day I make a payment and am told my credit won't be touched because I made a payment. How shady.
