Worst.. front desk customer service experience Ever. Everytime.. Not to menstion.. manager rode my car bumper & followed as i pulled into the parking lot. Not cool. Below zero star.

I was shopping for car loan. And this Carl guy, without asking, assumed I am a poor immigrant with poor credit. While showing us the interest rate table, his finger never moved out of the 650 column, and stressed how THEY DON'T LEND TO ANYONE LOWER THAN 650 CREDIT SCORE. LOL. Maybe he can just ask? For many times in our conversation, he reminded me that I might not qualify and was reluctant to make a copy of their promotional rate flyer(requires higher credit score). For the record, my credit score is in the high 700s and I had never been treated this way elsewhere. It's quite entertaining actually. Voyage please EDUCATE YOUR EMPLOYEES.
