This company’s staff is very unprofessional and when You ask to speak to a supervisor how convenient that the person that you are talking to is the supervisor/manager. I’m so glad that I am no longer under this company or have to deal with them!! Refinancing my vehicle was the best decision and that was a nightmare because this company does not value their customers!

Fraudulent!! You have a group of salesmen (3) who call themselves DFW Car CO LLC on one hand and DFW Truck Company LLC on the other. Then you have VSC Auto Finance. They are all in ONE! Don’t let them fool you it’s a group of buddies who are scammers! I was one day late on a payment because I refused to pay it because they did not register the automobile within 30 days! By law they have 30 days to register your car. PAY ATTENTION PLEASE!! Here’s what they do...They Sell people cars. Ask for a large down payment, then VSC picks up the loan. If you are one day late, they repo your car. Even though the contract states you have 15 days before a late payment is applied. They then put your car up for sale and follow the same pattern.(all this is the group I listed absolve) Sale, high down payment, REFUSE to REGISTER YOUR VEHICLE which by law has to be done in 30 days, That’s so you won’t pay for a car that you can’t drive, REPO, resale...a continuous cycle. All through the same small group. They threaten you physically, curse at you, go back and check your credit score without your permission. Which is illegal! All this while they say they are repossessing you vehicle. Most unprofessional group I have ever dealt with. The “supposedly “ finance director doesn’t even know what Defer means. BEWARE...THEY ARE CRIMINALS TRYING TO MAKE MONEY OFF THE POOR.
