  I moved to VyStar from another credit union a year or so ago The customer service is outstanding. Polly Poinders represents the company extremely well and always goes the extra mile to assist me with any of my banking needs. She has steered me in the right direction to obtain two home refinances, an auto loan and most recently a new home purchase. Another team member who I’ve had a great experience working with is Laura Jarrell. My experience with Laura has been nothing less than an extreme pleasure. As busy as she is, she goes out of her way to answer every question in a timely manner and does it with such professionalism and positivity..Prior to banking with VyStar, I always dreaded working with lenders, but that has all changed since I started working with Laura. Both of these VyStar team members are the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with and I would recommend them to anyone who might be seeking a loan or just a great place to bank. Thank you to both of you!

  My husband and I researched many financial institutions before choosing VyStar. Jessica in the Mount Dora branch assisted us in opening an account and was not only extremely knowledgeable, but a real pleasure to work with.
