  I've been a member since before it was Vystar. I joined the NASJAX FCU circa 1994, and in all of the intervening years I have nothing but pleased with with the extraordinary level of customer service, and the financial services offered by this fine organization. Then comes May 2022 and the colossal fiasco of the online banking update shutting it down for weeks now. With only a few few lame "oops, we didn't mean to" apologies with not a hint of when it may work again. I asked a Vystar rep why they didn't just revert to the old working system until the bugs could be worked out of the new system. The rep basically said it was because upper management didn't want to. This foolishness has been going on for weeks now without any prospect of resolution. and the lame email promises of it works a little bit and will work completely very soon. Just don't get it. I need working financial services to remit & receive various payments on a regular basis. After nearly 30 years it is time for me to withdraw my money and find a fully functional financial institution.

The online banking and Mobile App are now available for you to use. If you are still experiencing issues, please reach out to us through our Contact Center at (904) 777-6000 option 9 or through Vychat, and we will be happy to assist you. Both services are available 7 days a week from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm.

  Shout out to Gary Jones at the Starke branch!! Even during difficult times Gary took the time after normal working hours to answer my questions and help with decisions I needed to make. Keep up the good work!!
