I absolutely love this bank! I’m so glad I made the decision to open an account here and the people have been great. I was even approved for a credit card to help build my credit and I was approved for a refinance on my car. I’m saving so much money. I had applied for the refinance about a month ago and I didn’t hear back for weeks and Emily reached out to me and apologized that I wasn’t contacted sooner, not only was I approved but she got to work on it right away before the loan approval expired. I went in to the branch to finish up the refinance process and it was wonderful to put a face with a name. Emily is a sweetheart and she went above and beyond for me. Thank you again for everything and I’m so happy!! :)

James was super helpful with getting me a new debit card! I was in and out in about 10 minutes, I was told what my balance is and was given an update about my car payment. Vystar in Eagle Harbor is killing it!
