I very rarely leave "reviews" but I have to take a minute to recognize an employee who has gone above and beyond for my husband and I. Arssieney Ferraro of the Sanford, Florida Vystar Branch has far exceeded my expectations for customer service. We had some issues because we were doing two vehicle loans at one time and one of the loans kept "falling through the cracks". Arssieney followed up to every phone call and every email and even though the fault was not hers, she took it upon herself to do whatever she could to get everything straightened out. Arssieney is very professional and I highly recommend asking for her by name if you need any help. Good customer service seems to be a thing of the past these days but she really delivered!
