  BRANDI WILSON IS MY FAVOURITE BANKER , every time I show up she assist me with the best service in the world , Never met any banker like her , Every time I show up She has a big smile , She make me feel so comfertable , Someone Needs to give Her a Raise , She should be the manager Of this branch !!!!!!!!!! She is amazing.

  I have made 4 phone calls so far about setting up reoccurring loan payments from an external acct. I have signed up twice online but still it’s not done. Each time I go back into the portal none of my banking info is there anymore. Each time I call the answer is “we can’t do it” “we can’t see external accts here”. I said y can’t see if I’ve even signed up for it ? “we can’t see if y have external reoccurring acct” we can only see Vystar internal accts. It’s always “we can’t”. Nightmare so far. I will try going in person to Orlando branch and get it settled in person.

  Trying to set up the online banking and the system is HORRIBLE! I don't have time to go to the branch during the week and they aren't open on Saturdays. I wish we hadn't gotten our car loan through Vystar if I had known we'd have such issues.
