  Ms. Haleigh Mickler IS THE BEST!!! I’ve been with VyStar for 15+ years and she was the very first specialist to actually take her time and help me when I was in great need. She’s the best and I’ll be forever grateful for her. She even gives excellent tips for paying certain things in a timely and credit affective way!!

  This is more about my experience for the 5 years I've been with Vystar and not what's been going on, although that doesn't help. I have opened several accounts and cards with Vystar and have NEVER missed a payment in 5 years as stated. Last year in February I came in to apply for a morgage and a manager tells me "if you don't have a 20% down payment we won't even start helping you". Which I thought was really weird because there's 0% down payment options but they are not willing to give me any options. Come to find out after I get a morgage with Navy Federal that another Vystar tells me that that was not true and what that manager told me was a lie. Ok cool whatever I got the loan somewhere else anyways. This year I try to apply for a car loan after my Mustang breaks down and get offered a personal loan (not a car loan) of $6000 with a whopping 26% interest rate. She then tells me "26% seems like a lot but it really isn't". Navy Federal just gave me $180,000 house loan with a 3.25% interest when I had just opened an account and only put $5 in it? And Vystar cant even help me buy a car to get to work after 5 years. Sad. I think ill be switching to Navy Federal.
