      Absolutely worst financial institution I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been trying for a month now to make a payment and phones take forever to reach anyone. Website is completely nonfunctional. Can not add external account, well you can, but you can’t input the amounts. I’m a month behind now conveniently and robbed of a lot of money in interest by being unable to make a payment. Avoid even if it means paying more interest.
