      Callahan branch & Traci Sherer were awesome! We had a problem with our credit card. Traci went above & beyond to get the issue resolved. Traci was exceptional! The branch manager was also a big help. Thank you both for making us glad we chose to bank with Vystar.

      If you don't mind waiting 30-45 minutes just to talk to a teller and deal with this terrible new system update, then this is the credit union for you!

      Until recently, I had a very high opinion of Vystar. Now that they have messed every customer over by removing access to their online banking system, I have lost all confidence in them. We are strongly considering changing banks. Very disappointed.... Update 6/3/22: they only have 3 people working the drive through and counter today with a LONG line. Why isn't mgt paying overtime and filling every counter and desk while they have these issues?!?
