Edit: online and mobile down for me for going on 4 weeks. I have switched banks. I highly recommend going to a different placr to keep your money Mobile and online banking down for 5 days. This is unacceptable. Then I try to call Magic Touch for account balances and it is also down. Then I decide to chat with someone... Vychat is down.. Then I try calling the contact center and I keep getting a recording "Vystar is experiencing a high call volume and cannot take your call at this time".... I try calling 4 different branches... no answer... I have no access to funds unless I go to a branch which is really inconvenient. Switching banks this weekend and I highly recommend you do the same.
