I have elderly parents who I brought to our local St. Augustine Beach branch today, and I was totally wowed by the amazing customer service we received. Angie Medina went above and beyond to help my parents. She was patient, witty and kind with them. It means the world to me that VyStar Credit Union is such a caring financial institution, especially with seniors. Angie in particular is a shining light, and I am so grateful for her kindness today. This is the best bank and team in town.

What a pleasure it was to have the most wonderful experience and helpful employee ( Sasha Buitrago ) at VyStar, 3970 A1A South!! My Dad and I had gone in with a pretty difficult request and Sasha greeted us upon walking in to ask if we needed any help today?! She prompted us to follow her to her desk and once filled in with our request, she showed great skills in her job and knowledge of how to go about helping us. Sasha went ABOVE and Beyond to resolve the issue. Well done Sasha Buitrago, we thank you greatly!
