  This is why VYSTAR is different. VYSTAR EMPLOYEES make the difference. During the transition to a new Banking App and Website during Spring '22, I RECEIVED SERVICE BEYOND EXPECTATIONS (typical excellence in my 14 yrs membership with Vystar) When asked why I didn't move my banking to somewhere else such as NFCU (also member) or a local bank......I tried to explain, Vystar is different, and something SETS VYSTAR APART from that other local credit union, or any other bank. THE VYSTAR EMPLOYEES MAKE THE DIFFERENCE and they try harder. I was assisted by Branch Manager @ North St. Augustine Ms. Basilia Brown. The transaction I needed could not be completed in the Drive Thru. After I told the teller I was not able to come inside because I had two pets with me, another teller in the Drive Thru appeared on the screen and said to park in front of the credit union and she would come out to my car. I did not think an employee would come outside in the parking lot to assist me!!?? Oh yes she did! The Vystar teller came outside to my car and assisted me to complete my transaction. Basilia Brown went well beyond my expectations to help me. When I tell someone why I like Vystar Credit Union and what I think sets Vystar apart from other credit unions or banks - it's because of the Vystar Employees. It's like comparing any fast food chain, with Chick-fil-A. THE EMPLOYEES MAKE THE DIFFERENCE because they try harder. And it’s the same with Vystar. I get the same great service at all Vystar locations. Thank you Basilia Brown @ North St Augustine Vystar Branch location and thank you Vystar - I'm staying with Vystar because of this outstanding service.

  There are no words to express how irritated I am with Vystar Credit Union. I said to my self when the Software Storm hit and they couldn't get it together, that it is just going to be a headache to change banks!! Well this storm is not going to stop!! I'm quitting Vystar. My Direct Deposits to go in on time and waiting over 1 hour for customer support!!! I give up I'm done!!
