      Recently obtained a mortgage from vystar. Not the pleasant experience I had 10 years ago in the same situation,when the Title Agency was on Wesconnett Blvd. They have told me different things for the 4 weeks it took to close.Up to the day of closing my mailbox had a final closing letter with the wrong amount listed for "cash due at closing ". The worst thing they do is improper vetting of their subcontractors. In my case they offered me three surveyors at different price points. I picked the cheapest (mistake!) When the surveyor's showed up,I found them to be the same company (First coast land surveyors),that had done my property 10 years ago. They refused to give any price reduction even though they were being paid for 12 acres, and proceeded to walk the property and only survey the new 4 acre addition. They also failed to find the "platted out" iron markers that exist on all turning points in this area. They just drive their own markers in the "general"area and walk away! The main problem is HOW THESE PEOPLE KNEW TO BID $50.00 LESS THAN ANOTHER COMPANY THAT WOULD BE WILLING TO DO A REAL/FULL SURVEY FOR THE EXTRA $50.00!! I think these folks have a "special relationship with someone in the title office! You think!

      I will never use Vystar Title Agency again. After months of emailing sent to the title clerk with her comments our team is working on it. I suggest you get a lawyer. They did nothing except keep us hanging for months on in. We left Vystar Title Agency and went to Title America when in 3 weeks we had our property we was trying to buy in our name boom just like that. The sellers title and deed was cleared no waiting game Title America knows what and how to get things cleared. Thank you Title America for the great service you gave us. I would recommend this company to everyone.
