Horrible company. Sellers chose this company. Closed on 12/31/20. Was not told I would have to pay property taxes for 2020 as they gave me a credit for them which does show on the closing statement so I do owe them. But what I should not have to pay is the interest and penalties for not paying the taxes that I did not know that I owed. Neither WACO or Benton County informed that I owed taxes, other than the credit showing on the closing statement with no further directions on paying. If you are forced to use them, make certain to ask for clear guidance on any property taxes that may be owed or you may be in for a surprise.
