      I was first contacted by them after I had made an offer on a previous house, but that deal fell through. Then a few weeks ago,after making an offer and having it accepted, I was contacted again. They were a big part of the process and my team. It was a pleasure working with them and at the closing, everything was explained page by page. The Waco team were amazing and made the whole thing very pleasant and stress free.       This group did a closing in the last few months and wow what a disaster they did not do the full research on the property so in turn I have to hire a attorney to verify what has not been done so that I can. So please take some advice and go else where and save yourself a headache and money. So here is a follow up on the issue I had above. I went to a real estate lawyer and $250.00 later they did what Waco did not do and said they couldn't do lol. Wow that just shows you what kind of poor service this does for there clients.
