  The tellers at the Chama NM branch were very helpful. I had trouble for 4 days logging into the updated online mobile app.

  Their atm froze up, and it took her card. She went inside and they made excuses that they weren't going to give back the card. She came and got my brother and I, and I said: "you can't detain property that isn't yours", and "magically" they could see why it was taken and retrieved it. 😐 They were incredibly rude to my sister and I wasn't leaving the building until my sister got her card back or I was in handcuffs. No one picks on my sister. When they did hand back the card and her ID, they tossed it back at her. The old woman there was sighing left and right. Then gave us dirty looks when she held the door for us. Vile creatures work here.

  Worst bank in the valley, theres a reason why most people here drive the extra 12 miles to Tierra Amarilla to do their banking there instead. I had this bank for several months and they stole a ton of money from me, so now I tell everyone to stay away from them. Not only that, but I recently tried taking money out of their ATM when out of nowhere their machine stopped working in the middle of my transaction, froze up, and sucked my card in!!!! I then went in crying, begging for my card back and they refused! Eventually they gave it back when I threated to get the law involved over them refusing to return my personal property. The employees were mean, spiteful, rude and even rolled their eyes at me as I walked out of the building. Honestly the whole place could be shut down for all I care, it's a miracle they've lasted this long. NEVER COME HERE.
