  Enjoyed banking with them, at first very polite and helpful. After a few months, mind you I’ve never had any problems with any of the workers and only have had my account open for a little under a year, one of the workers would give me nothing but hassle at the window while depositing my check, etc. I have had several interactions with this worker all of which were not pleasant and she was very rude to me. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this bank, as I did close my account and took my business else where. Only gave two starts because the Manager Raul was very understanding and did apologize and talk with me about the situation.

  Lately Washington Federal has been really good. I've got my card replaced multiple times. I've spoken with the manager on multiple occasions. All of my needs and request have been handled very good. The people within the branch in Clovis make life much easier. Great bank to do business with.
