  I went into WaFd to open an account to help me start saving. Juana was extremely helpful and informative!! She was able to answer all my questions about what would work best for me and my needs. The process was smooth, quick, and absolutely painless!! She helped me from start to finish with a smile on her face making sure that I got everything I needed taken care of!!

  After banking here for over 20 years, a teller believed there to be a problem with a deposit I was making. After 20 minutes of waiting, she returned, verifing, in fact that there was no problem, which was obvious to begin with. I politely told her to please fix the situation so that it doesn't occur again and she chose to take an additude with me and got pretty snooty. Need less to say the customer service was noexistent and downright rude and confrentational and I don't appreciate being treated with such disrespect, especially from an institution privelaged enough to hold my money. There are plenty of banks who would appreciate my buisness and I am tempted to switch.
