  Amazing customer service! I'm an independent accountant who was trying to secure PPP loans for 8 of my clients. Their larger banks were not accepting applications and WaFed, Yakima Branch allowed us to apply even though my clients were not customers there. We were able to secure PPP loans and will be changing banks to WaFed in the future because of their stellar service and attention. In the midst of the hectic loan application period, where I can only imagine the bankers were swamped with applications, we received personal, attentive service and amazing responsiveness. I am blown away by the personal service Margaret and her associates provided and so very appreciative of them and WaFed Bank.
