I had a great experience with Christy, the Branch Manager in Sammamish. After spending over 2 hours with no success working with the WaFd phone representative to try to determine why my online autopayment was not posted as usual, I called the local branch. Within ten minutes, Christy was able to determine that when the online banking system had changed on November 15th, they had canceled my autopayment. She helped me setup autopayment at the branch. Really great customer service - she made the extra effort to help and I am grateful.
