  My husband and I set up an appointment to open an account. We were sent an email confirmation by the gentleman we talked to on the phone. We show up for our appointment and are told by a younger gal that they are short staffed and they don't open accounts on Saturdays. I try explaining that we were informed they are short staffed but were able to schedule, to which she stated "it's not my problem! We care about our customer but I can't assist you". She said she was going to check inside and find out who we talked to. She came back to the locked door and asked me for my name and number and told me someone will call on Monday. I asked for her name so I could inform whoever called me, that she refused to keep my appointment. She said "no I won't give you my name and it doesn't matter because anyone who talked to you would have told you that we don't have staff for your appointment ". I felt like she was insinuating I wasn't being truthful about our appointment. She had other bankers at the inside door. Almost as if she was going to need back up. Thankfully and sadly I recorded the incident via voice recording on my phone. All together the experience was bizarre and I am beyond disappointed with my experience. i have tried calling to rectify the situation and cant seem to get through either. Wouldn't recommend !

  This morning I called the credit union at 9:04 I said on hold for 18 minutes never was given an option to leave a message no one ever answered the phone this has happened to me in the past I drive truck I don't have all day to sit on the cold waiting for somebody to answer the phone there is no way in hell you'll ever convince me that they are so busy there that they cannot answer that phone I have an issue with my card online that I need resolved and I don't have the time to sit on hold all day it tells me how important the customers really are if it wasn't for the place being so convenient I would definitely have moved already to somewhere else I know this does not happen at other institutions horrible service
